salary, which is proportional to their performance and to regional wages in the pertinent industry!<\/p>\n<p><strong>Participation:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Company constantly improves the system of (Annex No. 1) During working hours, employees shall observe rules of workplace discipline, including, without limitation, rules concerning smoking, coffee and work breaks or the use of mobile phones.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><strong>Occupational Safety:<\/strong><br \/>\nThe use of psychoactive substances poses a serious threat to occupational safety and health regulations at the workplace. In order to preserve the health and well-being of employees and following the interests of the Company, BodrogRug\u00f3 Kft. aims to create a working environment free of psychoactive substances.
