In the technology of large spring production area a significant modernization took place, which was backward in development compared to other areas. In order to speed up and automate our production processes, new CNC machines were purchased for the production. As a result of this investment, our large spring production quality has improved and the processes became more repeatable. In addition, two mobile conveyor furnaces are purchased, so the heat treatment of the springs coming down from machines begins immediately without human touch, resulting an even better quality.
The project also includes construction investment. The roof structure of the central hall will be rebuilt on 2950 m2 in such a way that it is suitable for the installation of 126 Trina monocrystalline solar panels. The small power plant includes 2 Huawei inverters with a total of 50 KW with Wi-Fi communication.
The construction also includes the replacement of the current copolite glass in the hall with plastic insulated doors and windows, ensuring better thermal insulation.
Our goal is to utilize modern IT opportunities, which for essential condition is to acquire and use the latest hardware on a daily basis. These were implemented with the help of this tender. Laptops equipped with new generation processors (which will be compatible with the company’s IT system for a long time) and a large capacity NAS were purchased. By utilizing all of these equipments, a secure internal network was created, which is suitable for the internal storage and transmission of data and documentation. This significantly reduces our paper consumption, and is also in accordance with our Industry 4.0 aspirations. This is complemented by an online, cloud-based office package (Microsoft 365 Enterprise standard version), which provides remote and group work for 23 months as part of a cloud service.
We consider the continuous development of logistics important in our company. Accordingly, using the help of this tender, a new CAT electric forklift, several pallet jacks, and electric and mechanical scissor lift tables were purchased, which served to create a better and helthier working environment. Since the electric forklift operates without exhausting gas, its use inside the buildings does not result any health related concerns, and using the electricity produced by the solar panels installed on the roof makes the usage of the electric forklifts even more environmentally friendly.
The company is committed to the continuous development of its quality assurance. The use of accurate and reliable, modern tools is essential for pursuing this goal. Purchasing of the Keyence IM-8030T Japanese imaging measuring system, we further increased our measuring capability along with accuracy. This instrument came with free support for lifetime. It can be connected to the company’s internal network and decrease paper consumption. This significantly improves our traceability.
After the change in ownership, the employees are constantly taking part in trainings. This project provides for a person with 40 hours of online training course to prepare this person to solve subsequent innovation tasks (Corporate innovation management expert).
